Our program is designed to allow our campers to participate in the sports they love the most each day through our elective periods, and introduce our campers to new sports with our sport rotation!

Sports Rotation
7 hrs/wk – Campers are introduced to new sports such as ultimate, lacrosse, baseball, flag football, and more!
Elective Periods
3 hrs/day – Fox and Bear campers choose between Soccer/Dance, Basketball/Volleyball & Floor Hockey/Badminton for top notch instruction and game play.
Arts & Crafts
Rabbit and Deer campers work on themed crafts each day!
Camp-Wide-Activity
Fully themed camp style games (capture the flag, mission impossible, station games, and more!) that are a Rouge Camps distinctive and camper favorite.
Daily Parent Emails
Stay informed, know what to bring the next day and have content for meaningful conversations with your campers!
Rabbits
Ages 4-5
• 7:1 camper to staff ratio
• Focus on developing fine and gross motor skills: arts & crafts, leaping, running, etc.
• Sport Intro Activities: pool noodle hockey, sponge ball soccer, beach ball volleyball, etc.
• Daily playground time
• Character Development: please & thank you’s, sharing
*OCT, ECE or Teachers College staff overseeing this age group!
Deer
Ages 6-7
• Focus on developing basic sport skills: modified versions of soccer, baseball, basketball and more for camper success.
• Sport Rotation, Education Periods, Arts & Crafts, and Camp-Wide-Activities are the basis of this program.
• Daily playground time
• Character Development: depends on the week (integrity, being a good teammate, resiliency, hard work, competitive greatness, sportsmanship, loyalty, friendship, charity and more)

Foxes
Ages 8-10
• Focus on developing sport specific skills during elective periods.
• Introduction to new sports during the sports rotation.
• Fun educational periods twice weekly.
• Character Development: depends on the week (integrity, being a good teammate, resiliency, hard work, competitive greatness, sportsmanship, loyalty, friendship, charity and more)

Bears
Ages 11-13
• Focus on developing sport specific skills during elective periods and leadership.
• Introduction to new sports during the sports rotation.
