Real Leadership Experience
Teens gain hands-on leadership by working with younger campers and contributing to real camp operations.
Team-Based Leadership
Leadership is learned through collaboration, friendship, and shared responsibility—not isolation.
Supportive, Guided Challenge
Led by experienced teacher-directors, teens are challenged with purpose, feedback, and encouragement in a safe, inclusive environment.
