As teachers we are unified in our goal to help young people reach their full potential. We build teams of counsellors that are empathetic, intelligent, active and love to work with kids. We aim to provide the best work environment possible for our staff and invest in them heavily. We know that our staff the people who interact with your kids and our campers, which is why we pay them substantially more than industry average and provide them with a week long leadership training course prior to the first day of camp each summer.
